Our Bellwether Coffee Roaster reduces the typical carbon footprint of roasting by 87% by eliminating the use of Natural Gas and LPG that typical coffee roasters use.

Where we can utilize compostable and post consumer materials, we do. For everything else, we ensure it is recyclable.
Repurposed Byproducts
All of the waste produced from the roasting process is given a second life. We have partnered with a local florist to use coffee chaff as fertilizer and utilize water condensate to water plants around our facility.
